The second edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Derivatives has been published by the Global Legal Group providing practical cross-border insight into derivatives.
In detail, the guide covers documentation and formalities, credit support, regulatory issues, insolvency/bankruptcy, close-out netting, taxation, bespoke jurisdictional matters and market trends in 14 jurisdictions. GSK Stockmann contributed to the Guide’s publication: Andreas Heinzmann (Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) and Valerio Scollo (Local Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) composed the country question and answer chapter “Luxembourg“.
