GSK Stockmann contributed to the publication of the Comparative Legal Guide to Securitisation 2021

The 14^th edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Securitisation has been published by the Global Legal Group. This guide provides global businesses, in-house counsel, and international practitioners with ready access to important information regarding the legislative frameworks of securitization.

In detail, the guide covers common issues in securitisation laws and regulations – including receivables contracts, receivable purchase agreement, asset sales, security issues, insolvency laws, special rules, regulatory issues, and taxation – in 20 jurisdictions.

GSK Stockmann contributed to the Guide’s publication: Andreas Heinzmann (Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) and Katharina Schramm (Associate at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) composed the Country Question and Answer Chapter “Luxembourg“.
