GSK Stockmann contributed to the publication of the IFLR ESG Report: Luxembourg

The 2023 edition of the ESG Report has been published by The International Financial Law Review (IFLR), a market-leading financial law publication for in-house counsel and law firms specializing in financial law.

First published in 1982, IFLR is the industry’s source on corporate finance trends and strategies, with informed viewpoints from a network of global editors, journalists and contributors from leading law firms and corporate counsels.

GSK Stockmann contributed to the publication: Dr. Marcus Peter (Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) and Marie-Thérèse Wich (Senior Associate at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) explain the increasing importance of sustainable finance in Luxembourg’s fund industry and consider the challenges to overcome.
