GSK Stockmann contributed to the publication of the International Comparative Legal Guide to Corporate Governance

The 15^th edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Corporate Governance has been published by the Global Legal Group providing cross-border insights into corporate governance law.

This guide covers common issues in corporate governance laws and regulations – including in management bodies, shareholders and other stakeholders, transparency and reporting, and corporate social responsibility – in 22 jurisdictions.

GSK Stockmann contributed to the guide’s publication: Dr. Philipp Mössner (Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) and Anna Lindner (Senior Associate at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) composed the country question and answer chapter “Luxembourg“.
