GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg named as one of the Best Workplaces™ in Luxembourg

Each year, the Great Place to Work® Institute rewards the best companies to work for in nearly 100 countries. In its 11th edition of its annual event, the Institute revealed the 13 Best Workplaces™ in Luxembourg 2021 awarding companies which have managed to maintain and offer a pleasant working environment despite the crisis.

This year, GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg participated for the first time in the Great Place to Work® assessment and immediately reached the second place in the category Best Workplaces™ – small companies ranking (20-49 employees).

Founded in the United States, the Great Place to Work® Institute has been spreading its methodology through Europe after it won a call for tenders launched by the European Commission in order to recognize Best Workplaces® in Europe. The Great Place to Work® Institute specialises on workplace culture, helping organisations to create exceptional, high performing workplaces where employees feel trusted and valued. The methodology behind is one of the most rigorous available and comprises an employee survey followed by a culture audit relating to management and HR practices. The results of the survey are a barometer to understand employees’ perception on their work environment.

Dr. Philipp Mössner, partner in charge of Human Resources at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg, says: “We are extremely delighted to have been awarded as one of the “Best Workplaces™ Luxembourg 2021” thanks to the very positive feedback from our lawyers and employees alike which shows that our firm is a truly collaborative workplace. In the year of our 5th anniversary, this award honours our strong focus on firm culture and values. We are proud of the entire team and like to express our sincere thanks to all for helping establish one of the Best Workplaces™ in Luxembourg.”
