Mathilde Ostertag appointed as new president of Ladies In Law Luxembourg Association (LILLA)

Mathilde Ostertag, Partner at GSK Stockmann Luxembourg, has been appointed as new president of LILLA – Ladies In Law Luxembourg Association. LILLA is the first network of its kind for women working within the legal sector in Luxembourg and was founded two years ago. 

The association is dedicated to bringing women in the legal sector together to pro-mote and champion gender equality within the legal industry and to positively influ-ence the narrative of women in the Luxembourg legal sector. Activities include de-velopment and training opportunities for its members and organisation of a wide variety of events throughout the year, from keynote speakers discussing topical is-sues, seminars and roundtable discussions, to cultural evenings and fitness sessions. Members are encouraged to share their knowledge and experience of legal practice in Luxembourg, support each other’s career development and influence the development of the legal industry in Luxembourg. LILLA is also establishing strategic partnerships with local and European associations and networks in order to further the impact of its work. 

The association has 20 law firms or banks among its members. Mathilde Ostertag succeeds Marine Tarditi, Counsel at Allen & Overy.
