GSK Stockmann at the AIJA Venture Capital and Finance Spring Seminar in Barcelona

GSK Stockmann is sponsor of the AIJA Venture Capital (VC) and Finance Spring Seminar 2023 taking place from 20 to 22 April 2023 in Barcelona – organized by the Corporate and the Banking, Finance & Capital Markets (BFCM) commissions.

From climate change to global health crises, the world faces serious challenges which require innovations and solutions in every sector. Today’s innovations and problem solvers are also found in the VC ecosystems all around the world, like in one of the most active VC hubs in the EU: Barcelona. The Seminar will focus on the role of the VC ecosystems in uncertain times. Alongside the academic programme, the AIJA organising committee has put together an exciting social programme.

With a team of lawyers, GSK Stockmann will be represented at the AIJA Seminar: While Andrea Carraretto (Senior Associate at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) is part of the organising committee, Clara López Hernando (Associate at GSK Stockmann in Berlin) will be speaker in the panel “Working in the VC space: key players, the role of lawyers, cap table, fees”. Furthermore, Valerio Scollo (Local Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) and Dr. Jens Uwe Rügenhagen (Partner at GSK Stockmann in Heidelberg) will participate at the Seminar.

AIJA (International Assocation of Young Lawyers – Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats) is the only global association dedicated to lawyers and in-house counsel under the age of 45. Since 1962, AIJA has provided outstanding international opportunities for young lawyers to network, learn and develop.
