GSK Stockmann will be represented at the 23rd Annual U.S. and Europe Tax Practice Trends Conference – organized by the IBA, ABA and IFA – taking place from 29 to 31 March 2023 in Zurich, Switzerland.
Designed for international tax professionals from industry and private practice, this year’s conference focussed on practical planning strategies for multinational corporations and their international advisors, as well as provided insight in how government tax officials may view the international tax landscape in light of important international developments that impact corporate taxpayers.
Established in 1947, the IBA is the world’s leading organisation of international legal practitioners, bar associations, law firms and law societies. The IBA influences the development of international law reform and shapes the future of the legal profession throughout the world. It has a membership of more than 80,000 individual lawyers and nearly 190 bar associations and law societies spanning over 170 countries. Inspired by the vision of the United Nations, the IBA was founded in the same spirit, just before the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was proclaimed in 1948.
Mathilde Ostertag, Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg, will be speaker in the panel discussion “Cracks in the Bricks: Disruptions in the Real Estate Market and the Tax Environment”.
