GSK Stockmann at the LuxCMA webinar “Securitisation of CLOs/CDOs: A new dawn for Luxembourg”

GSK Stockmann will be at the LuxCMA webinar “Securitisation of CLOs/CDOs: A new dawn for Luxembourg” taking place on 28 April 2022.

Over the past weeks since the adoption of the new securitisation law, the LuxCMA Securitisation Task Force has been working on a paper to determine and illustrate how the implemented changes open the door to a range of new structuring options in Luxembourg. The aim of this webinar is to analyse the main amended law caters allowing more flexibility in the set-up of new structures with a specific focus on CLO/CDOs.

The webinar is organized by the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA) which represents the common interests of all stakeholders of the primary capital markets industry of Luxembourg.
