GSK Stockmann at the TopLegal M&A Conference 2022 in Milan

GSK Stockmann is sponsor of the M&A Conference in Milan organized by the TopLegal Academy taking place on 10-11 May 2022 in the Manzoni Theatre in Milan.

The conference is addressed to an audience of professionals including CEOs, CFOs, General Counsel, M&A managers, representatives of national and multinational companies operating in the M&A field, interested in deepening the issues related to the management of M&A transactions from different points of view, also deepening the aspects of the management of relationships with external law firms, notary firms and financial advisors.

TopLegal is Italian media and consulting group aimed at corporate lawyers. Founded in Milan in 2004, it publishes the bimonthly TopLegal Review. The TopLegal platform also embraces events and and strategic consulting for professional firms.
