GSK Stockmann at the TSI Congress 2018

The finance industry is facing significant changes. Their driving forces have emerged slowly in the past years, but the changes are now before us: banking regulation, Brexit, FinTechs, digitalisation and block chain technology, green finance, return of the credit cycle and monetary policy reversal – everywhere we look we see signs that could potentially mark the beginning of a fundamental upheaval in the banking and finance industry.

That upheaval will also affect the asset based finance and securitisation markets.

GSK Stockmann is again represented at the TSI Congress.

Dr. Timo Bernau, Partner at GSK Stockmann in Munich, will participate on the first day of the congress from 11:45-12:45 in the German discussion forum “The increasing importance of Fintechs in corporate financing” moderated by Dr. Matthias Eggert, Dentons.

Andreas Heinzmann, partner in the Luxembourg office of GSK Stockmann, will moderate the German-language discussion forum “Investment paths in Luxembourg – securitisation or credit funds – or both?” on the second day of the congress from 9:30-10:30.

Peter Scherer, banking and capital market expert at the GSK Frankfurt office, will participate in the second day of the congress from 11.00-12.00 in the English discussion forum “New challenges for the trustee in SF transactions: Brexit, STS and the like” moderated by Simon Porter, Baker McKenzie.
