For the twelfth time, GSK Stockmann will be booth partner of the capital region Berlin-Brandenburg (Hall B2 Booth 420) at EXPO REAL 2019 in Munich.
With one of the largest real estate teams in Germany, we advise on the various aspects of real estate law – from transactions, planning, project development/construction, leasing, marketing, fund structuring, taxes, finance, crisis managing and restructuring to corporate law aspects. GSK Stockmann focuses on industry groups such as hospitality, trade/shopping centers, logistics, healthcare facilities, energy/infrastructure, machinery/plant construction and the public sector.
The capital region Berlin-Brandenburg will present itself in Hall B2 at booth 420, 520 and 323 with more than 50 partner businesses from the areas of project development, consulting, subsidies and facility management.
GSK Stockmann is again actively integrated in this year`s EXPO REAL exhibition program taking place at the booth of Berlin-Brandenburg. Prof. Dr. Jan Kehrberg, Partner in the Berlin office, is going to moderate a panel on Tuesday, 8 October 2019 at 11.00 concerning the topic “The IBB Housing Market Barometer 2019”. Participants of the panel will be Sebastian Scheel, State Secretary for Housing, Senate Administration for Urban Development and Housing, Berlin, Sven Henkes, Managing Director & CEO, ZIEGERT – Bank- und Immobilienconsulting GmbH, Torsten Nehls, Managing Director, Belle Époque Gesellschaft für behutsame Stadtentwicklung mbH and Andreas Tied, Head of Real Estate and Urban Development, Investitionsbank Berlin.
Prof. Dr. Kehrberg will also moderate another panel on Tuesday, 8 October 2019 at 5 p.m. concerning the topic “Magnet Berlin – What Makes Berlin Attractive for Investors?
