The sixteenth edition of The International Comparative Legal Guide to Corporate Tax has been published. The guide provides corporate counsel and international practitioners with a comprehensive jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction guidance to the laws and regulations of corporate tax around the world.
This year, three expert chapters cover Fiscal State Aid, as well as taxing the digital economy, and an overview of the growing influence of the European Union in the tax affairs of Member States. The question and answer chapters, which in this edition cover 33 jurisdictions, provide detailed answers to common questions raised by professionals dealing with the laws and regulations of corporate tax.
GSK Stockmann contributed to the Guide’s publication: Mathilde Ostertag (lawyer and Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) and Katharina Schiffmann (Senior Associate at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) composed the Country Question and Answer Chapter Luxembourg.
The chapter is available for download as a PDF file; the whole guide is free to access on the ICLG Website.
