The 7^th edition of The Legal 500 Country Comparative Guide for Tax has been published.

The Legal 500’s Country Comparative Guides are produced in association with the world’s leading lawyers and give a practical overview of the laws and regulations in key jurisdictions, for specific practice areas.

The aim of this guide is to provide a pragmatic overview of the tax laws and regulations across a variety of jurisdictions.

The chapter provides information about withholding tax, transfer pricing, the OECD model, GAAR, tax disputes and an overview of the jurisdictional regulatory authorities.
