The 8th edition of The Legal 500 Country Comparative Guide for Tax has been published.

The Legal 500’s Country Comparative Guides are produced in association with the world’s leading lawyers and give a practical overview of the laws and regulations in key jurisdictions, for specific practice areas.

The aim of this guide is to provide a pragmatic overview of the tax laws and regulations across a variety of jurisdictions. As such, the chapter provides information about withholding tax, transfer pricing, the OECD model, GAAR, tax disputes and an overview of the jurisdictional regulatory authorities.
