The 4th edition of The Legal 500 & The In-House Lawyer Comparative Guide (Luxembourg) for Tax has been published by Legalease as part of a series of online country comparative legal guides in order to give insight to the law and regulations in unfamiliar jurisdictions. Each country chapter is written by a firm ranked by The Legal 500 in an easy to use Q&A format. This country-specific Q&A provides an overview to tax laws and regulations that may occur in Luxembourg. It will cover witholding tax, transfer pricing, the OECD model, GAAR, tax disputes and an overview of the jurisdictional regulatory authorities.

GSK Stockmann contributed to the Guide’s publication: Mathilde Ostertag (lawyer and Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg), Katharina Schiffmann (lawyer and Senior Associate at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) and Adrien Kleinschmidt (lawyer and Associate at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg) composed the Luxembourg chapter Tax.

The whole guide is free to access on the website.
