GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg certified as Great Place to Work®

GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg has been certified as Great Place to Work® for 2020-2021 based on an anonymous online survey with more than 60 questions conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute. As a result of the study, the trust index shows that 94 % of the employees say that GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg is a Great Place to Work®.

Founded in the United States, the Great Place to Work® Institute has been spreading its methodology through Europe after it won a call for tenders launched by the European Commission in order to recognize Best Workplaces® in Europe. The Great Place to Work® Institute specialises on workplace culture, helping organisations to create exceptional, high performing workplaces where employees feel trusted and valued. The methodology behind is one of the most rigorous available and comprises an employee survey followed by a culture audit relating to management and HR practices. The results of the survey are a barometer to understand employees’ perception on their work environment.
