SFDR – new RTS – What you should know

The EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation, 2019/2088 (the SFDR), was adopted as of end of 2019 and amended by the EU Taxonomy Regulation, 2020/852 (the Taxonomy Regulation) in 2020 whereby supplemental pre-contractual and reporting disclosures related to financial products were added.
